Summer camps
for kids in Spain
At the Live Nature summer camp, we support children in their personal growth process through shared living experiences, fostering values such as freedom, solidarity, responsibility, and understanding, while they learn and fully enjoy the natural environment.
We have a multidisciplinary team of experts, including biologists, ornithologists, beekeepers, and educators, who turn learning into an adventure. With their guidance, children develop a healthy curiosity about their surroundings and build a lasting commitment to the conservation of nature.
Camp activities
The activities described below will bring children closer to a world of nature and traditional crafts, helping them understand the world from a different perspective. These activities will take place over two weeks during the summer of 2026.
THE FASCINATING WORLD OF BEES AND A PASSION FOR BEEKEEPING
In this experience, children discover the captivating world of bees: they learn about the different castes, explore how a hive is organized, and, most importantly, understand the crucial role bees play in nature. They learn about the various products bees create, such as honey, wax, pollen, and propolis, as well as how humans use them. They also visit an observation hive in a safe environment and make their own handcrafted lip balm. A complete, educational activity full of discoveries.
DISCOVERING THE SECRETS OF THE BIRD KINGDOM
In this activity, children explore the fascinating world of birds through a fun and hands-on experience. They identify characteristics such as feathers, beaks, and ways of life; investigate how a chick develops inside the egg; and closely observe hens, ducks, and peacocks. The activity ends with a tracking game in the pine forest, where they search for and identify the silhouettes of different bird species using a guide. A complete experience to learn, explore, and connect with nature.
- Meet and care for farm animals.
- Discover where products like milk and eggs come from.
- Observe the behavior of small mammals.
- Participate in minor agricultural tasks within a rural setting.
Each day is an adventure filled with imagination: cooperative games, traditional challenges, parachute play, speed cups, water gymkhanas, body painting, and endless surprises. At our camp, play is the heart of the experience… and it never stops!
We organize tournaments and activities adapted to all skill levels, always promoting sportsmanship and camaraderie. From classic sports like basketball, soccer, and swimming, to games of strategy and skill like chess, ping-pong, and baseball. We even have our original “ball-less soccer” to build coordination and teamwork!
Every day includes pool time: free play, refreshing water activities, and our famous “synchronized swimming” tournaments. It is the perfect space to relax, laugh, and have a great time with friends.
Children will have the opportunity for a respectful first encounter with the equestrian world. They will learn to ride and get to know these incredible animals firsthand in a safe and professional environment.
Multi-adventure activities are always very popular amongst children. These are ideal challenges to test and improve their skills and physical abilities, and their desire to excel, while strengthening both personal independence and teamwork too. They are ideal for shots of adrenaline and raising self-esteem.
During the camp the children can enjoy a variety of multi-adventure activities, surrounded by nature, which also means being immersed in it, learning about it, and respecting it.
TIBETAN BRIDGE, ARCHERY, INDOOR CLIMBING WALL, ZIPLINE, AND CANOES ON THE RIVER JARAMA!
MAGICAL MOMENTS AT OUR NIGHTTIME GATHERINGS
Evening events full of action and movement. Night-time games are a very important part of the programme. Children not only give free rein to their imaginations, and overcome their fear of the dark, but this is also a time that brings the group together. Campers help each other, older kids aiding younger ones, as they work as a team, support each other, and above all, have fun. This is an essential aspect of our summer camps for children, before relaxing and going to sleep.
Some of these events are even organised by the campers themselves!
A FAREWELL PARTY, WITH A SPECIAL DINNER AND DISCO!!
The camp comes to a close, and we want to go out on a high note! On the last night of camp we throw a party on which we have hamburgers with French fries and our waiters, the counsellors, put on their traditional farewell show for us. Don’t miss any of them; click here!
