Traditional Akhá Games
This fascinating journey into the Akhá culture is a comprehensive experience based on exposure to the culture of an indigenous Asian people. The jungle in which this croup lives, and with which they maintain an intimate relationship, permeating every aspect of their lives, is the cornerstone of their way of life, and of the programme.
THROUGH THIS PROGRAMME AND THE DIFFERENT ACTIVITIES SLATED, PARTICIPATING STUDENTS WILL NOT ONLY EXPLORE A DIFFERENT CULTURE, BUT GAIN A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON THE INTERCULTURAL REALITY IN WHICH THEY LIVE; LEARN ABOUT THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH THE AKHÁ LIVE, THEREBY COMING TO BETTER APPRECIATE THEIR OWN; AND, SIMILARLY, EXPERIENCE AKHÁ TRADITIONS, THEREBY REEXAMINING THEIRS.
This project is developed in our center of Madrid.
DEFINITELY AN EXPERIENCE THAT THE CHILDREN WILL NOT SOON FORGET.
